A-Level Major Project

For my major project, I chose a derelict site in the centre of London and proposed a redevelopment, creating a new mixed-use building, with offices for a large company, retail, and public square and park. Sustainability was a big theme in the design, so the concept aimed to meet BREEAM standards. A change to the underpass and road junction also aimed to ease traffic congestion. This project gained full marks towards my A-Level grade.
